Recreational Cooking Classes

Our Culinary Cooking Classes are taught by our Red Seal Instructor Chef Becky, owner of Black River Food Company and “Rollin on the River” Food Truck.

Creating a superb meal takes more than a great recipe…it takes a seasoned cook that has mastered several vital skills.  Our aim is to introduce participants to principles and techniques that enhance their culinary skills.   Classes are fun, small, hands–on and highly interactive, offering participants a valuable opportunity to work closely with our Chef and discover some of the finer points of one of the most pleasurable arts. Cooking!!!

Schedule, Location, & Cost

This mobile service can be taught in any location... home, school, church, etc.

Cost is $65 per student based on 8 to 10 students in the class and includes:
  • 3 hours of instruction
  • beverage pairing where applicable
  • and the food of course!

Payments and Cancellation Policy

Classes are to be paid in full at time of registration.  Black River Food requires 7 days cancellation notice in order to receive a refund, less a 30% cancellation fee.

Purchased spots are transferable to a friend, relative, etc., but only for the original class date registered.
